This is solely for customized candle orders and this is due to the add-ons that we allow.

Standard “signature scents” orders are processed immediately and shipped by end of day. Custom order turn-around time is roughly 5 business days, with an allotted (2) for shipping. Currently not offering rush orders on customized candles. Once an order is submitted, please expect an emailed invoice for billing and shipping via Stripe!

Yes! There is a (30) day window period for all except cancellations. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours to ensure a speedy return of your payment.
